I bought a 2019 Jeanneau NC 895 and found water leaking near the master cabin's bow, by the curtain track. Rainwater pools in a trough above the mirror, then leaks down the window ledge when the boat rocks, the dealer's fixing it, but it quite slow

That is just ANNOYING. Hopefully the dealer can speed things up for you. Have you tried following up with them?

Yeah, I've followed up a few times, they say parts are delayed. I get it, but it's frustrating, I am just hoping they stay on it and don't let it drag out longer

It's usually just water finding the path of least resistance through a worn out seal! Annoying, but common. what did the dealer say?

I totally understand how frustrating that must be, especially with a newer boat! It's great that they're getting it fixed, but those delays on parts can feel like they take forever. Maybe it's worth asking them if they can provide a temporary seal or some kind of workaround while you wait? Have they given you any rough idea on when the part might arrive?

A 6 year old boat already has a problem, while others that are decades old are still going strong. It's a shame the quality is on the bottm of the importance scale. Did you manage to sort things out with the dealer on this?
