I have this Trailmaster mid that comes with a 7hp 170f engine, my problem is that it dies when I go full throttle. It starts and idles fine, but doesnt sound good at all. I've changed stuff like the carb, spark plug, and coil, but none helped. The belt was on backwards when I got it btw. Anywhere know where I should check?

For the engine dying at full power I would double check that your new carburetor is getting enough fuel without restriction from the tank and that there are no air leaks around the intake manifold.

Nahhh, relay is probably toast or the ECM is not sending the signal, no more hotwiring it, start testing voltages at the relay socket, meter it
Oh electrical stuff, something i know nothing about. I guess im gonna need some electrical expert to check on this. Thanks.

No leaks or anything of the sort.
Got it, thanks for checking that. Since you put a new carb on, the next thing to go after is the main jet inside it. A new carb with a jet that's too small for your engine will cause it to lean out and die at full throttle every time.

Thats a good one, thanks for pointing that out.
