Jeanneau sailor seeking advice

Hi all! I'm new here and would love advice on sailboat upgrades and ocean voyages with Jeanneau yachts. Thanks in advance

I am from Michigan, and formerly owned a 1972, 32' Coronado that I left in San Diego. I have viewed (online) a Junneau sailboat offered by "Boat Angels" (donated craft,) but they will not let me speak to donor/owner until AFTER I buy it! Isn't that counter-intuitive to making a sale?!!! What is the reputation of Junneau, as well as "Boat Angel", (cough...cough...) "ministries?." Please advise. Thank you...
